FORMER Minister and suspected land baroness Petronella Kagonye has been granted Z$30,000 bail by Harare magistrate Stanford Mambanje after the state did not oppose bail.
Kagonye, who is into land development, is accused of selling ZB Bank as well as State land to cooperative. Most of the said land is in Goromonzi and Marondera, court papers say.
She also faces additional charges of allocating a farm to a minor and stealing 20 computers donated by the Post and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ).
